This blog involves a smaller time con man than my last blog, which is still ongoing.

 










This man's name is Ken Silver, from Lee County, Florida, originally known as Ken Solar (company name), selling solar generators, and the like online, citing his relationship with Alex Jones (from Infowars and Prison Planet.com).  Normally you can do business with people on the internet without getting screwed, but in Silver' s case, he at first delivered the product to people to make himself "trustworthy and known", with business partners Jerry Webster and Tim Neitzel from Naples, FL.  Once established, Silver began taking money and NOT delivering anything.  When this happened to me, I began searching him out.  There is something to be said for doing your homework if you are going to send someone more than $100.  There were Fl records for his company, and giving his partners names plus a resident agent.. You can get these documents in any state, generally the secretary of state, do a "corporations search" and get something.like this:

Old Kenny was doing business long before he actually registered, and stayed open long enough to scam several thousand dollars, and then just signed off and went on his way, leaving a bunch of people holding an empty bag.  Clearly, he thinks this is funny.  The Lee Country Sherrif's office was contacted and they just pooh-poohed the complaint, like a lot of law enforcement these days. Consquently, Kenny went off to start another business, this time Gun School, Inc., first in Lee County FL, then later Bonita Springs.

However one of the three partners in Ken Solar had a Porshe which I helped a PI repossess.  Satisfying to some degree.  More coming tomorrow.
